Have you hopped onto the Shiny Brite trend yet? These glass Christmas ornaments from our youth are now the new "it" vintage trend. The original packaging is even used for Christmas decor. I received this Shiny Brite box a few years back from an online auction purchase tossed in with other items in the lot. I set it aside- now realizing I need to list it.
So here it is- one Shiny Brite Glass Christmas Tree Ornaments box in its very much well used condition. Three of the four sides still look good. The fourth, though, has a lot of masking tape and is missing one flap on the lid. The lid corners are split- that is the original tape that bound them together it split. The inside is complete with the divider insert. There is a tear on one side of the box, creases, and the repaired tear w/masking tape. The box is 9" x 7" x 2". There are two very minor drop stains on the front that are not detracting and not easily spotted. Overall I would rate this box in good condition for its age.

The majority of the items used for the vignettes are antiques or thrift store finds and not reproductions. Ironstone dishes and other antiques have the built in character of crazing, minor chips, browning and other signs of use through the years. This authentic look of age and wear all lends itself to the romance of french country or the comfort of farmhouse bringing character and charm to your home.
